The Tall Grass Bakery began in 1998 as a small operation participating in farmer's markets and CSA programs. In 2000, the bakery moved to the current production and retail location in Ballard.
All our breads are organic and hand-formed by our small and professional crew. We are proud to use the highest quality ingredients available, and work hard to develop unique, flavorful and wholesome products.
